Sixth Form Student Receives LTA Award

Sixth Form student, Bethany, has been awarded the Young Person of the Year Award by the Berkshire Lawn Tennis Association for her work with Latika Junior Tennis Club.

Bethany has been a member at Latika JTC since the age of five and gained her Level 1 Coaching qualification on 2021.

She was selected for the Young Person of the Year award for her diligence in coaching the younger players at her club and the 'love and enthusiasm' she exhibits during her coaching sessions.

When asked what the award meant to her bethany said, "Receiving this award was an honour and a tribute to the incredible community at my club, Latika JTC. I am grateful to have been recognised for giving back to the sport I love."
