Immersive Van Gogh Experience

On Thursday 21 November a group of Sixth Form students took part in a school trip to the Vincent Van Gogh Immersive Experience in London. Located near to the iconic Spitalfields Market, the exhibition used 360-degree digital projections and VR to bring the Dutch artist's work to life. Coupled with an atmospheric sound and light show, the immersive experience is getting rave reviews.

Amber said, "We had loads of fun interacting with the artwork, even attempting to recreate some ourselves.  The highlight of the visit was the incredible projection show, which brought Van Gogh’s works to life."

Isabella added, "We spent a couple of hours at the Spitalfields Market Christmas market, where we indulged in some lovely food, bought gifts, and left infected with the holiday spirit, our excitement for the Christmas season heightened!"

It sounds like a wonderful trip to kick off the festive season, and our thanks go to the Sixth Form team for organising this fantastic social event.
