Food Bank Donations

All this week, students and staff have been donating items to help those most in need this Christmas, and our House Captains have been braving the icy weather each morning to collect the donations from students and staff as they arrive at Charters.

Thanks to our school community's generosity, we have received over 700 non-perishable food items and everyday toiletries which will make a huge difference to both the Trussell Trust and our Charters Essential Parcels initiative.

Each item donated generated a point for the House of the donor, and we're pleased to announce that the winning House was Bulldogs! 

Some of the donations will be taken to The Trussell Trust next week to support their food bank, and some will help us to create Charters Essential Parcels for families in need within our school.
