We Will Remember Them

Following the assemblies last week which reflected on the sacrifice of all those that have fought to defend our freedoms, our staff and students marked this year's Remembrance Day with a two minute silence on Monday 13 November.

Mia played the Last Post in the school's bandstand and a wreath of poppies was laid at the foot the English oak tree, which was presented to the school by Hillier Garden Centre to mark the centenary of the end of the First World War in 2018. The wreath will stay in position for the next week so that students can pay their individual respects.
