Year 10 Sports Leaders Help at Coronation Colour Run
On Friday 21 April our Year 10 Sports Leaders helped out at a local primary school so that the students could take part in a Coronation Colour Run.
St Francis celebrated the coronation by organising a local primary school colour run and Charters Sports Leaders helped at the event; marshalling, running with students and colouring the runners, (and themselves!!)
The students were fantastic ambasadors for our school and following the event we received these lovely words from St Francis school, " Thank you very much to your pupils who helped us this afternoon, they are a credit to your school & I think they enjoyed themselves!"
Being part of the wider local community has always been something that we are passionate about and our students showed our values of Unity Respect Excellence as they helped the next generation of Charters students.
