Students Watch Hard-Hitting Play

Our thanks to Alter Ego Creative Solutions for visiting our school with their hard-hitting applied theatre production about County Lines.

The production was watched by students in Years 7 and 8 and forms part of the Personal Development curriculum for the year groups.

The play illustrates how vulnerable adults and young people can be targeted by organised groups and gangs who groom, trick, trap and manipulate them into trafficking drugs and sometimes weapons.

Thomas in Year 7 said “I really enjoyed the production. I thought it made a very serious point but in a fun and easy to understand way”.

We would like to thank the theatre company for creating and performing such a powerful play.
