A Level Economics Students Welcome Speaker

Students studying A Level economics welcomed a guest speak to their lesson last week. Victor Chukwuemeka, who has over 30 years of experience in Investment Banking and a PhD in Economics, is a regular visitor to Charters and his refreshing talks are always a highlight for students wanting to expand their knowledge around the subject.

Nathan, who is currently studying Economics in Year 12, shared his views following Victor's most  recent visit:

Meeting with Victor was an incredibly insightful experience. He helped relate the economic theories I had studied in class with real world economics. We discussed current events and then linked them to the economic impacts in the wider world. This created those links between the classroom and reality.

His experience and knowledge really came across as he explored complex topics in a clear, understandable way. Meeting Victor has undeniably helped broaden my perception of economics beyond the classroom.
