Introduction to Apprenticeships

Post 16 and 18 pathways can be confusing for both students and parents, and this informative recording about approved technical education qualifications and apprenticeships may be helpful.

Funded by the Department of Education, the recording clearly explains what to expect from an apprenticeship, including the levels, (which range from Intermediate - Level 2 to Degree - Level 6), the typical salary, and the fact that there are over 600 apprenticeships available which can lead to over 1,500 different job roles!

Students will be shown this recording during their Tutor periods as part of our Careers programme.
